mellow-contrast-syntax theme

This theme was adapted from Dayle Rees's excellent Mellow Contrast theme, which can be found on his github.

I wasn't very happy with the Atom port so I made my own with some minor changes.

If you like the feel, check out Dayle Rees's version (and others) at the repo linked above, they're really great!
